I wanted to explore music in a way that helps me develop my improvisational ideas, explore my own writing potential and also connect music to pictures. I started listening to many types of music, connected to my city theme, trying to analyze the music, understanding how melodies are built, looking at harmony and also trying to understand how certain musical ideas can convey images of urban scenes.

As a guitar player, the main element I used for my creative work was the guitar. I explored  new timbres  and sonorities on my instrument developing the vocabulary from Brouwer’s  La espiral eterna and Ginastera’s Sonata. I recorded, edited and produced all the pieces by using Logic Pro X, combining  looping techniques and electronics along with my improvisations and melodic writing.
